How do I become a member?

To join our membership, you can click the “Join” button on the upper right of the page and fill out the basic information form. You can also join by clicking “Join” on our checkout page after you have completed adding items to your cart.

What can I do if I forget my password?

Click “Login” and then click “Forgot password?” Enter the email account you registered with, and an email will be sent to your account. Click the link in the email to reset your password.

How do I change my personal information and password?

Click “Login” and then enter your email account and password. After logging in, choose “Change my personal information and password.”
From this page, you can change your login email account, password, and delivery address. You can update your contact phone number by entering it next time you place an order.
Please do check if your new email address is able to receive any order notification from us.

Is the price on your page tax-inclusive?

Yes! The tax has been included in the price. The receipt will be sent along with the package.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have completed your order and confirmed payment, our system will send you an order notification via both email and SMS. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address to receive the letter. If you are unable to receive the email due to Internet failure, you can also log in to our website to track your order.
